Damaged Pet backpack & poor packaging -No response from customer support

I recently ordered a pet backpack from PetEssentials.lk and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The item arrived damaged, specifically the top plastic cover was cracked, likely due to the very poor packaging. It was shipped without any protective materials like bubble wrap or a box—just placed inside two garbage bags, which offered no protection during transit.

I attempted to contact their hotline regarding the issue, but received no response, which added to the frustration.

Proper packaging is essential for fragile items like this, and customer service should be responsive, especially when issues arise. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both their packaging standards and customer support moving forward.
