We accept exchanges within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:
✔️ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
✔️ A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

• Perfumes, sprays, and shampoos
• Cages
• Medicines and supplements
• Leashes and harnesses
• Litter trays & scoopers
• Dog beds
• Toys
• Grooming products

If your item falls under this category, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange.

💰 Refund Policy

Pet Essentials does not offer cash refunds for any purchases. Instead, customers can choose to:
✅ Exchange the product for an item of equal or higher value (additional charges may apply).
✅ Receive a store credit for future purchases.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

📌 Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
