Welcome to Pet Essentials (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website www.petessentials.lk and any purchases or services made through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Product Availability & Descriptions
All products are subject to availability. We strive to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed online via www.petessentials.lk.
We accept payments via debit/credit cards, Koko payments (installments), bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD).
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed only upon full or accepted payment.

4. Delivery Policy
Flash Delivery (within 2 hours) is available in Colombo and Wattala.
Islandwide standard delivery is completed within 48 hours.
Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, strikes, or due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy to avoid failed deliveries.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase for eligible items.
Products not eligible for exchange include:

• Dog muzzles

• E-collars

• Perfumes, sprays, and shampoos

• Cages

• Medicines and supplements

• Scoopers

• Litter trays

• Toys

• Dog beds

• Grooming products
  The product must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt.

6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 075 622 9799 or via WhatsApp. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

7. Customer Support
Our support team is available via WhatsApp and call at 075 622 9799 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, daily.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, product images, graphics, and layout, is the property of Pet Essentials and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use without permission is prohibited.
